Group Meditation | £10
Enjoy the peace and relaxation of guided meditations and instructions of profound practices that can inspire and lead you to a joyful and meaningful way of life. This will be a five week course for beginners, giving you the tools to be able to combat stress and anxiety. The course will have insights into the science that supports the techniques I use.

Cacao Ceremonies
Cacao ceremonies, revered by the Mayans as sacred plant medicine, are globally known for healing hearts through deep, pure love. Through cacao, I guide individuals to open their hearts, remove emotional blockages, and address trauma in a safe environment. Using energy tools, this practice elevates your vibration, promoting a happier life. Sessions can be one-on-one or group-based.

Breathing Therapy | £10
The brainstem's respiratory center controls breathing rate, sending signals to respiratory muscles.
